Job Vacancy: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

The South Sudan Council of Churches is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the effectiveness of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement M&E strategies to track program impact.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with donor and organizational reporting requirements.
• Provide technical support to program teams on M&E best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience working with faith-based or humanitarian organizations is an advantage.
